I’m Adora, a Virginia Beach hairstylist who believes your time in my chair should feel like a reset. My goal is to create beautiful, wearable hair that fits your lifestyle, complements who you are, and makes getting ready a little easier—and a lot more enjoyable.

I began my career in 2007 and founded Shear Passion in 2013. After years of building a salon, leading a team, and continually investing in my craft, I’m stepping into a new chapter as an independent stylist—bringing all of that experience back to what I love most: you and your hair.

I’m passionate about dimensional color, beautiful blondes, precision cutting, and creating looks that feel current without chasing every trend. I continue to invest in advanced education so I can bring fresh techniques and an elevated experience to every appointment.

But if you ask me what I love most about this career, it’s the relationship.

I love getting to know the woman in my chair—the busy mom, the career woman, the woman navigating a new season of life, or simply the woman who decided it was finally time to do something for herself.

Because sometimes you don't need a whole new life.
